Privacy Policy

Effective August 26, 2026 · Applies to Pro Stage for macOS

Pro Stage doesn't collect your data. Period.

What we collect

Nothing. Pro Stage has no analytics, no accounts, no tracking, and no advertising. It does not talk to any server — the app is sandboxed by macOS and has no network access of any kind.

Camera permission

Pro Stage uses your camera for exactly one thing: drawing your live preview in the on-screen bubble, in the moment. Nothing is recorded, stored, or transmitted — and without network access, nothing could be.

Your notes and settings

Presenter notes, preferences, and any logo image you import are stored locally on your Mac and never leave it.

Purchases

Payment is handled entirely by Apple through the Mac App Store. We never see your payment details.

This website

goprostage.app uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and links get used. It sets a cookie so a repeat visit can be told apart from a new one, and it sends usage data (pages viewed, rough location, browser type) to Google. This applies to the website only: the app itself still collects nothing. Standard, transient server logs may also exist at our hosting provider (AWS) for security and operations.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at goprostage.app/privacy.html with an updated effective date.
